What’s the deal?
Not another boring leadership seminar, that’s for sure.
The 25th Hour is game-changing content, coaching, and events designed to help high-level leaders break through their limitations, get more done, and actually enjoy their lives—without the burnout.
This is for the ones who know they’re capable of more—but keep getting in their own way. The ones drowning in meetings, second-guessing themselves, and wondering why, with all their success, they still feel like they’re treading water.
We’re here to change that.
Our mission

Meet Neal
Neal Schore is the executive coach who actually gets it.
For over a decade, he’s been coaching some of the world’s most successful (and probably stressed-out) leaders, helping them ditch the chaos, work smarter, and find some much-needed balance and happiness—while teaching them how to stop being their own worst enemy.
How did he get here? Well, after 25 years of running the show as a founder, CEO, and operating executive, Neal decided to take his knack for advising senior leaders and make it official. He’s the mastermind behind Triton Media (later Triton Digital, which was scooped up by iHeartMedia), and has been there, done that, in the world of media and technology.
But his real talent? Helping people—high-growth leaders, up-and-comers, and even executives who know they need a better way—find their groove.
Neal’s style? Lighthearted, honest, and refreshingly different from the usual “corporate coach.” He’s built an enviable roster of clients purely by word-of-mouth, becoming the go-to guy for those who are tired of the same old cookie-cutter advice.
When he’s not coaching, Neal’s probably hanging out with his wife, sons and their significant others, business leaders, young professionals and students he mentors. Or, you know, changing the way business leaders think—one conversation at a time.
Meet Jenny
Jenny Sade had already built a successful career in People Operations, but working with Neal Schore changed everything.
Jenny used Neal’s tools to not only get unstuck—but to shift the entire trajectory of her career, opening up a path she hadn’t even imagined. Now, as a sought-after fractional CPO and C-suite advisor, she uses those same tools daily to help leaders and companies get out of their own way and unlock their full potential.
Before launching her own consulting practice, Jenny led talent strategy and operational leadership at scale, from tripling the team at RED (later acquired by William Morris Endeavor) to growing PLBY Group from 130 to 1,400 employees (including six acquisitions and going public). She knows firsthand what it takes to build, scale, and sustain high-performing teams—and more importantly, she knows how to make it feel fun (or at least a lot less painful).
